Job summary

LHH is seeking a Videographer for a permanent role in Prosper, TX. You will own projects from concept through final delivery, including planning, shooting, editing, and optimizing content for social media, paid advertising, and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of videography and editing experience, a strong portfolio, and expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects. You will manage on-site production and collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Strong portfolio across social reels, paid ads, and brand content.
• Experience with sports or consumer brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social, ads, brand campaigns, and websites.
• Create platform-native short-form content, including social reels.
• Translate briefs into concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and assets.
• Manage on-location and studio production, including lighting, audio, and talent direction.
• Edit footage with pacing, music, color, motion graphics, and typography.
• Produce multiple versions and cutdowns for various audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, social media, and paid media partners.
• Organize footage, project files, equipment, and digital asset library.
• Stay current on video trends and platform requirements.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
