Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. seeks a Videographer / Multimedia Producer (Contingent Non-Employee) to support the development of high-quality instructional and technical training videos at Eglin AFB, FL.

This onsite role emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and balancing quality with instructional effectiveness. The candidate will shoot, edit, and produce content using Adobe Creative Cloud, work with studio and field footage, and ensure adherence to branding and production standards.

• Experience operating Sony and Blackmagic cinema/DSLR cameras.

Videographer / Multimedia Producer (Contingent Non-Employee)

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, technically skilled Videographer / Multimedia Producer to join our video production team supporting the development of high-quality instructional and technical training videos at Eglin AFB, FL. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented visual storyteller who balances production quality with instructional effectiveness.

Location: Eglin AFB, FL (Onsite)

Desired Start Date: 11/16/2026

Duration: 5/17/2027 (Opportunity for FTE hire)

Work Schedule: 4/10 - 1st Shift

Security Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance required to access the site (Note: Will not handle classified information; clearance is strictly location-based).

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit professional instructional videos, technical demonstrations, and multimedia training content.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (with an emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator) to create polished video content, motion graphics, and visual assets.
• Capture high-quality footage in studio and field environments, including interviews, demonstrations, and supplemental B-roll.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and Lightroom).
• Equipment Experience: Experience operating professional Sony and Blackmagic Design cinema/DSLR cameras, alongside cinematic B-roll gear (gimbals, stabilizers, sliders).
• Technical Techniques: Familiarity with green screen production, chroma keying, color correction, and color grading.
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is mandatory at the time of submission. Do not submit candidates without an active clearance.
