Job summary

Paul Gough Media in Celebration, Florida is hiring a full stack videographer content producer to own video production end to end for the Paul Gough brand. You will film, edit, publish content across podcasts, livestreams, events, and daily social platforms. You must work independently, move fast, and hit output targets.

If you want to own the camera, edit, and publish, this role is for you. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team driving high-visibility content.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in videography and editing.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with livestreaming platforms such as StreamYard.
• Confident with professional cameras, audio, and lighting.
• Able to work independently without constant direction.
• Comfortable in fast paced environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own video production from setup to publish
• Film podcasts, livestreams, interviews, and in person events
• Set up and operate cameras, audio, lighting, and livestream gear
• Edit long form content (YouTube, podcasts)
• Create and publish high volume short form content
• Produce 4 to 5 short clips per day when content allows
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
• Maintain consistent audio, lighting, framing, and brand quality
• Organize footage for fast access and repurposing

Overview

We are hiring a full stack videographer content producer to own video production end to end for the Paul Gough brand.

This is not a single lane videographer role. You will be responsible for filming, editing, creating, and publishing content across podcasts, livestreams, events, and daily social platforms. You must be comfortable working independently, moving fast, and hitting consistent output targets.
