Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced Video Producer in Plano, TX to independently own projects from concept through final delivery. Candidate should excel in storytelling, narrative-driven content, and brand campaigns, with strong leadership and a stellar portfolio.

The role requires hands-on skills in storyboarding, scripting, directing talent, filming, editing, and post-production, plus experience with motion graphics and AI-enabled workflows. Three days onsite per week are expected in Plano.

Qualifications

• Executive messaging, customer stories, testimonials, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
• Hands-on experience with storyboarding, scripting, directing talent, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Incorporating motion graphics and graphic designing.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from creative concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Lead end-to-end video productions across concepts, scripting, filming, and editing.
• Incorporate AI tools into video workflows and stay current with industry trends.
• Produce high-quality videos for brand campaigns and corporate communications.

Location: Plano, TX \ 3 Days onsite

Candidate Profile

• Looking for a true end-to-end Video Producer who can independently own projects from creative concept through final delivery.
• Strong experience developing creative concepts, storytelling, and narrative-driven content.
• Must be comfortable leading projects with minimal supervision.

Core Experience Required

• Brand storytelling and corporate communications.
• Executive messaging, customer/member stories, testimonials, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
• Hands-on experience with storyboarding, scripting, directing talent, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Incorporating motion graphics and graphic designing

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Experience creating MOGRTs (Motion Graphics Templates), animated graphics, titles, logos, or other animation elements is highly preferred.
• Should be able to use motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

AI & Emerging Technology

• Experience incorporating AI tools into video production workflows is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing, automated video creation, AI voiceovers, generative AI tools, or similar emerging technologies is a strong plus.
• Looking for candidates who stay current with industry trends and are excited about adopting new creative technologies.
• A strong demo reel/portfolio is required.
