We’re Black Banner, a creative video production team that believes in doing great work and having fun while we’re at it. We help businesses grow with videos that actually get people to stop scrolling, pay attention, and take action.

As our Videographer, you’ll get to flex your creativity every single day. One day you’re behind the camera on a high-end shoot, the next you’re editing a reel that helps a brand blow up online.

No two days are the same. Our team pushes each other to do our best work, supports big ideas, and knows when to break for ping pong.

What you’ll do

• Assist with shoot setup and capture content on set
• Edit everything from cinematic client videos to social media content
• Add polish with color correction, audio cleanup, and final touches
• Keep media organized and projects moving smoothly
• Shape stories and create high-end edits tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Brainstorm fresh ideas that make our clients stand out

This role is full-time in our Lee's Summit office.

What you bring

• 2-3 years of videography experience (agency experience is a bonus)
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom (other Adobe tools a plus)
• Ability to direct a client on camera and guide them through each video.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to juggle multiple projects
• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Team player who thrives on collaboration but knows how to take initiative
• Major plus if you have Adobe After Effects experience
• Plenty of PTO so you can recharge
