Temple Health seeks a Manager, Video & Visual Storytelling to lead in-house video production, directing, and delivery of compelling stories that advance the system's brand and communications strategy.

You will partner with MarComm teams to develop concepts, storyboard, shoot lists, and oversee daily video operations ensuring on-brand, clinically appropriate and emotionally resonant content across channels.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional video production experience required.
• Hands-on filming, lighting, audio and editing expertise required.
• Experience in medical or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day video production, directing and delivering on-brand content.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications for concept development and storyboards.
• Manage workflow from concept to approval and final delivery.
