Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a hands-on Manager, Video & Visual Storytelling to lead production, direct shoots, edit, and deliver compelling video content that advances the health system’s brand and communications priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Engagement, this role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day production, partnering with marketing and HR to storyboard concepts, manage workflows, and ensure on-brand, clinically appropriate storytelling across social and long-form video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Multi-media, Video Production, Photography or other related field Required
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Responsibilities

• Lead production, directing, and delivery of video content to advance brand, marketing, and communications priorities.
• Serve as lead videographer/editor and creative partner to marketing and communications teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of in-house video, including concept development, storyboarding, shot lists, and approvals.
• Ensure videos are on-brand, clinically appropriate, emotionally resonant, and optimized for channel performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across MarComm, HR, and advancement to identify storytelling opportunities.
