WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



  • Provides excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through the Video Teller Machines.

  • Assist members with accurately processing a variety of video teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other various requests.

  • Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and accuracy while balancing each transaction and verifying cash totals.

  • Actively engages members to identify unrealized financial needs and recommends effective solutions.

  • Supports Contact Center growth by achieving established referral goals.

  • Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Customer service and data entry experience is preferred.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Knowledge of Company products, sales policies, and procedures.

  • Must have demonstrated ability to finances in order.

  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • At all times follow the core values of the credit union - honesty, truth, respect, and integrity.

  • Must be highly detailed.
