WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Provides excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through the Video Teller Machines. Assist members with accurately processing a variety of video teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other various requests. Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and accuracy while balancing each transaction and verifying cash totals. Actively engages members to identify unrealized financial needs and recommends effective solutions. Supports Contact Center growth by achieving established referral goals. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Customer service and data entry experience is preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of Company products, sales policies, and procedures. Must have demonstrated ability to finances in order.
