Job summary

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Specialist to assist the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.

This contingent role requires real-world experience with H.323/H.320 video conferencing, VTC setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting to bridge disparate systems. Candidates must hold U.S. citizenship and an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance, and possess CompTIA Security+ and/or ISC2 SSCP certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with H.323 and H.320 video conferencing technologies, including setup and tear-down and bridging disparate VTC systems.
• Ability to perform VTC troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support for Navy operations in Keyport, WA.
• Perform VTC setup, tear-down, and bridging of calls to ensure seamless communication.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 To $103,000.00 Annually

Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Specialist “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.

Experience Requirements:

• minimum of two years of experience with H.323 and H.320 video conferencing technologies to include setup and tear-down of calls and bridging disparate VTC systems
• Ability to perform VTC troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Certification/Education Requirements:
