Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Video Production Manager & Filmmaker to own video content from concept through final cut, working with marketing, brand, and investment teams. This self-shooter role requires you to shoot and edit your own work, translating complex investment topics into engaging visuals for a global audience.

You will shape ideas, scripts, and treatments, direct executives on camera, and manage the video program end-to-end, including budgeting and calendar planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on storyteller who can translate complex investment topics into clear visuals.
• Strong camera, lighting, and audio capture for on-camera interviews and brand shoots.
• Proven non-linear editing and post-production skills with a premium editorial eye.

Responsibilities

• Own Video Production End to End: develop concepts, film with professional gear, edit and deliver in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Guide the idea and own the cut: shape project narrative with brand leadership, hands-on shooter.
• Direct senior executives on camera: provide coaching and direction for polished results.
• Maintain visual quality: cinematography, lighting, color grading, and sound design.
• Set strategy and manage the program: budget, calendar, and vendor coordination.
• Compliance and approvals: coordinate with Legal and Compliance for signoffs.
• Collaborate across teams: translate technical topics into engaging visuals; explore AI-assisted production tools.
• Stay current: manage asset library, calendars, and platform best practices.
