Job summary

The Real Deal is seeking a hands-on Video Producer, Shooter, and Editor to join Brand Studio in New York. You will translate creative concepts into polished video content—from production through final delivery—working with the Brand Studio Director as a key creative partner on set.

You will lead cinematography, production expertise and especially post‑production, ensuring pacing, sound, music, and graphics elevate the final story for digital, social and custom content campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or comparable software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematography and editing work.
• Strong command of pacing, interview editing, music, sound, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead camera operations and technical production on Brand Studio shoots.
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand Studio on shot planning and production execution.
• Translate creative direction into thoughtful cinematography and coverage.
• Capture interviews, property footage, architecture, lifestyle and documentary style material.
• Build and operate camera, lighting and audio setups; make technical production decisions.
