Winthrop University seeks a Video Production Manager to lead visual storytelling across marketing, admissions, fundraising and internal comms. You will direct shoots, edit content, and manage the full production lifecycle to deliver high-quality videos that align with branding.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Video Production Manager leads the university’s visual storytelling efforts by creating high-impact video content for marketing, social media, admissions, fundraising and internal communications. This position develops, coordinates, directs, shoots, edits and produces compelling video projects that promote Winthrop University’s brand, support marketing and enrollment objectives, and engage diverse audiences. The Video Production Manager oversees all phases of production, from concept development through post-production, while ensuring content aligns with university branding and quality standards.
Travel/Overtime Requirements: Occasional evenings and weekends.
Annual Salary/Hiring Range: $58,656 - $69,007; actual salary depends on qualifications.
Telecommuting: Employees are not eligible for telecommuting/remote work during their 12-month probationary period. After that time, certain positions may be eligible for telecommuting/remote work at the discretion of the supervisor and in accordance with Winthrop policies.
