Job description

We’re hiring an experienced Video Production Manager to lead our video team and own the creative and operational engine behind Amplifi’s content. You’ll still be hands‑on in the edit bay, but your bigger job is making the whole team faster, sharper, and more consistent.

You’ll turn raw footage, short-form, long-form, ads, and educational content into high‑quality, engaging videos. You’ll also manage the people, projects, and systems that get that content out the door at scale.

What you’ll do
Lead the team
  • Lead and manage the video team through daily huddles, 1:1s, feedback, and team accountability
  • Support team operations and growth: KPIs, hiring, onboarding, and equipment needs
  • Own video project management: assigning work, tracking deadlines, and keeping projects and assets organized
  • Oversee quality control so every video meets Amplifi’s creative and technical standards
  • Lead cross‑department collaboration by coordinating with other teams and representing video in broader company discussions
Own YouTube
  • Oversee long‑form YouTube operations: publishing, packaging, channel management, and performance tracking
Stay hands‑on
  • Edit short‑form content, long‑form YouTube videos, ads, courses, and other video projects
  • Add b‑roll, captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance storytelling
  • Match fast‑paced, modern styles seen on Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Ryan Pineda, Gary Vee, Dan Martell, and similar creators
