Job Description:

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a creative, skilled, and collaborative Video Production & Editing Specialist to join our in-house Brand Marketing Media Team in Dayton, Ohio. You'll produce compelling content across various projects—supporting the Reynolds & Reynolds brand, internal communications, and our growing portfolio of associated brands.

You'll join a high-performing creative team that values craftsmanship, storytelling, and purposeful execution. Whether you're behind the camera, in the edit bay, or brainstorming with colleagues, you'll deliver content that informs, inspires, and elevates our brand presence.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in video production—handling camera operation, lighting, audio, and on-set needs for interviews, product videos, corporate messaging, live events, and more
- Edit professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating feedback, managing assets, and delivering polished final cuts.
- Handle post-production audio editing and sound mixing
- Lead audio recording of our internal podcasts and voice overs for customer-facing content
- Collaborate with marketing teams, internal departments, and leadership to develop media across various formats
- Uphold brand guidelines and media standards across all content

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor when representing the brand during shoots and client interactions
  • Skill in taking direction, providing feedback, and collaborating in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for remote shoots (5% or less)
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours production work
