Red Dawg Mindset is seeking a Video Production & Content Creation Intern to support early-morning shoots and content development across fitness, mindset, and financial markets.

The internship is part-time with on-site opportunities in Short Hills, NJ and remote work depending on tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in video production and digital marketing while building a professional portfolio.

Formación

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
• Strong video editing and content creation skills.
• Camera and videography experience, including framing, lighting, and audio, for on-site work.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or any similar software.

• Record high-quality fitness and financial-markets content during early-morning shoots.
• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube.
• Publish and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize content for each platform, including captions, hooks, titles, formatting, and posting strategy.
• Stay current on social media and content trends.
• Help grow the Red Dawg Mindset brand across digital platforms.

Video Production & Content Creation Intern

RDM Consulting is looking for a motivated Video Production & Content Creation Intern to join the Red Dawg Mindset team.

This is a part-time, early-morning internship, generally starting around 6:00 AM ET and continuing through approximately lunchtime. The position may be on-site in Short Hills, NJ and/or virtual, depending on the responsibilities and type of work being completed.

This opportunity is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate interested in video production, digital marketing, social media, finance, and brand building.

You’ll work closely with Scott Redler, founder of Red Dawg Mindset, creating content centered around fitness, mindset, and the financial markets. The role offers hands-on experience in content creation while also providing exposure to the day-to-day environment of a professional trader.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality fitness and financial-markets content during early-morning shoots
• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube
• Publish and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Optimize content for each platform, including captions, hooks, titles, formatting, and posting strategy
• Stay current on social media and content trends
• Help grow the Red Dawg Mindset brand across digital platforms

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Camera and videography experience, including framing, lighting, and audio, for on-site work
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or any similar software
• Creative, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Consistent availability during early-morning hours, beginning around 6:00 AM ET through approximately lunchtime
• Comfortable working on-site in Short Hills, NJ and/or virtually, depending on the assignment
• Portfolio, class projects, or examples of previous video work strongly preferred
