Job summary

Rosalindfranklin University in North Chicago, IL seeks a Videographer to join the Marketing and Communications team. You will shoot, edit, and deliver compelling video content that aligns with the university's brand and strategic priorities.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, social media, and campus partners to produce assets for the website, social channels, annual report, and Helix magazine. Travel for shoots may be required; evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, multimedia production, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in video production including filming, editing, and post‑production.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit a wide range of video content for promotional, events, social media, and institutional messaging.
• Collaborate with the university photographer and marketing teams to create cohesive visual assets.
• Oversee post‑production workflows, color correction, sound design, and timely delivery.
• Propose innovative video concepts aligned with branding and marketing goals.
