Supabase is building its video effort from the ground up. You’ll join the devrel team to craft both short-form and long-form video, owning each piece from idea through publish.

This role involves in-person shoots with the street-style DevRel team, no studio initially, and a hands-on approach to all production steps. You’ll manage ideas, scripts, scheduling, crew booking, shooting, editing, and platform publishing across YouTube, TikTok, Reels and X, using data to shape future concepts.

About The RoleVideo is an essential distribution channel for the company, and we're building our video effort from the ground up. You'll support our devrel team to make short-form and longer-form video, owning each video from idea to published. You'll work in person with our short-form DevRel on street-style content, and we start without a studio, only building one if the format works. It's a chance to shape how the company does video and to learn the whole production process.

What You'll Be Responsible For: Create video ideas, write scripts, project manage, shoot, book crew, and edit.

You Might Be a Good Fit If: You're a scrappy, high agency person who gets things finished and follows up without being asked.

• You live in San Francisco or are willing to relocate.

• You have a portfolio and real experience producing short-form or long-form video, with hands‑on camera, audio, and editing skills.

• You're organized and detail-oriented, and interested in AI coding tools and the developer world. You don't need to be technical.

• Early-career friendly.
