Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Video Producer/Editor to turn complex technology stories into engaging video content for AWS audiences. The role covers pre-production through final delivery, with hands-on shooting, editing, and occasional on-camera presenting.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage schedules, and help shape editorial direction for YouTube and social formats, ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 7+ years of professional communications or public relations experience.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems and lighting/audio equipment.
• Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent NLE.
• Experience producing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other digital platforms.
• Experience delivering high-quality video on tight turnarounds.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical topics into visuals.
• Experience coordinating timelines and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience producing and editing user-generated content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production from pre-production to final delivery.
• Operate camera and audio equipment for fast-turnaround shoots.
• Edit video with high standards, including color, sound, and motion graphics.
• Develop concepts and treatments for technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Step in as on-camera presenter when needed.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to identify stories and shape direction.
• Manage production logistics, scheduling, and talent coordination.
• Build scalable workflows for a small team to publish consistently.
