Job summary

You will produce lectures, demos, and live-streamed sessions, collaborate with instructional designers, and uphold AWS brand standards while exploring AI-generated visual storytelling. A portfolio showing diverse formats and a mastery of Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative executive experience.
• 5+ years of content creation or copy editing.
• Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production and post-production.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign.
• Experience guiding AI in creating visual and audio narratives.

Responsibilities

• Produce training videos in a variety of formats, including live-streaming.
• Develop the visual tone and language of AI-generated content.
• Work with AI tools to create engaging visual experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize AI workflows to improve quality and turnaround time.
• Know when to apply manual fixes versus when to re-prompt or regenerate AI output.
• Direct in-studio and on-location productions.
• Edit, manage, and supervise video post-production projects and assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external producers, crews, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate video production best practices and deliver on time within budget.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and project owners to manage multiple projects.
