Job summary

This hands-on role covers concept through final delivery, including scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production, while collaborating with the Director of Strategic Communications to create content for digital, social, web, fundraising, and events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, creative video producer capable of managing projects from concept to delivery.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience planning and running shoots: lighting, audio, equipment, location logistics.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex messages into visual narratives.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• From concept through final delivery, handle scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Create engaging content for digital, social, web, fundraising, internal comms, events.
