Job summary

InBody is seeking a talented Content/Video Producer to join our marketing team in Cerritos, CA. You will lead projects from concept through delivery, shooting on location, and delivering polished video and photo assets for campaigns, launches, and live events.

This full-time hybrid role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and requires storytelling, strong editing, and collaboration with Sales, E-Commerce, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating video and photography work (PDF or link)
• Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional video production/content creation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for long periods
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including weekends during peak events
• Strong lighting skills on location and in varied environments
• Ability to shoot with post in mind for grading and color matching
• Event and lifestyle photography experience with retouching for digital use
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Experience with collaborative platforms like Frame.io, Asana, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
• Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate across teams
• Bonus: After Effects, color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve
• Bonus: health/fitness sector content experience
• Bonus: drone or specialty camera experience
• Willingness to adapt to different production styles and rapidly changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Video & Photo Production: be primary shooter on location and events; capture marketing content and branded material
• Post-Production & Editing: deliver finished edits with color, audio, and graphics
• Concept Development & Pre-Production: create scripts, storyboards, shot lists aligned with campaigns
• Social & Digital Content: produce platform-appropriate content for web, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Brand & Quality Standards: ensure visual polish and consistency with InBody brand
• Cross Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Product on assets and timelines
• Asset & Equipment Management: organize media, maintain file structures, prepare gear for travel
