Job Title: Video Producer

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Location: On-site at company headquarters in Denver, CO

About the Role:

ACP/Verticomm seeks an exceptional Video Producer to elevate our visual storytelling capabilities and drive our content strategy forward. In this creative role, you'll harness your technical mastery and artistic vision to manage the entire video production process—from concept development to final delivery.

You will create diverse media including commercials, product showcases, stadium animations, educational content, podcasts, case studies, and event coverage. This position offers the chance to shape our visual identity across multiple formats and platforms.

The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller with technical excellence and creative innovation. You will maintain our studio environment and collaborate across teams to produce resonant content that delivers measurable results. Job Functions Overview:

As a Video Producer, you will exemplify our culture, create compelling content, and tell our story through visual media.

Primary Responsibilities
Pre-Production:
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Determine necessary equipment and resources.
  • Assist in developing interview questions and storyboards.
  • Plan shoots, including location scouting and scheduling.
Production:
  • Operate cameras, audio/video recorders, lighting, props, microphones.
  • Maintain equipment calibration.
  • Direct talent and manage production crews.
  • Conduct interviews and collect B-roll footage.
  • Execute single-camera shoots independently.
  • Create comfortable environments for interview subjects.
Post-Production:
  • Edit videos, perform color correction, sound design.
  • Create motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Ensure quality control.
  • Prepare deliverables for various platforms.
Content Management:
  • Maintain and organize equipment and studio facilities.
  • Archive video assets.
  • Assist with video hosting and distribution.
Strategic Development:
  • Develop workflows and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Manage project timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge And Skills
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Skill in After Effects or Motion for motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of audio recording techniques.
  • Lighting design skills.
  • Camera operation and maintenance knowledge.
