Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer in New York, NY to join a small multimedia team. You will lead the full production cycle from recording and shooting to editing and final delivery, with a strong emphasis on video and podcast editing and a collaboration-first approach.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom, along with hands-on camera and lighting skills.

Qualifications

Professional experience in multimedia production with a strong portfolio or reel.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and editing fundamentals.
Experience editing podcasts and dialogue-driven content.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Hands-on knowledge of camera systems, lighting, audio, and production techniques.
Ability to work quickly, independently, and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

Edit short- and long-form video including interviews, webinars, and social content.
Record and edit podcasts and video podcasts with clean audio and sequencing.
Apply pacing, framing, sound, graphics, and storytelling within brand guidelines.
Support and manage video productions including camera, lighting, and on-camera talent.
Provide photography coverage for events, headshots, and interviews as needed.
Organize files, manage Wrike forms, and handle version control for projects.
Adapt to quick-turn projects and respond to stakeholder feedback and revisions.
