Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS) is seeking a hands-on engineer to design, build, and deliver customer-specific integrations on top of the CTS Video Platform. You will work directly with customers while remaining deeply involved in software development and technical implementation, ensuring production-ready deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering background with customer integrations.
• Experience designing and delivering integrations on platform-based solutions.
• Familiarity with video platforms, streaming and cloud services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customer-specific integrations that extend and integrate with the CTS Video Platform.
• Partner with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Build integrations that connect customer systems, workflows, and metadata with CTS products and services.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, and automation solutions for large-scale content operations.
• Participate in technical workshops and customer engagements across the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with global support teams to resolve.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and delivery practices for quality and efficiency.
• Document solutions, integrations, and procedures to support long-term customer success.
