Job summary

Tews Company, a premier recruiting firm known in Central Florida, is seeking a Video Engineer for live events and flypack systems in Nashville, TN. This role requires deep experience with live event video production and the ability to work across engineering, sales, and warehouse teams to deliver project solutions.

You will configure, test, and support video systems, maintain system diagrams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring packaging and equipment standards are met.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in live event video production.
  • Strong knowledge of live production video systems.
  • Experience with broadcast video switchers, cameras, and related equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot video, audio, and networking issues.
  • Experience with CAD, Visio, Vectorworks, or similar drawing software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events.
