The Hired Guns is seeking a Social-First Video Editor to translate healthcare stories into engaging social content across platforms. You will cut interviews, craft clips for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and more, and design motion graphics to amplify the message.
Must have healthcare storytelling experience and advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a keen eye for pacing, typography, and platform-native storytelling.
Pay range: $50 to $65 per hour
We all know video is king, and the right editor can turn good content into scroll-stopping, share-worthy, brand-defining magic. That's exactly what this mission-driven healthcare organization needs: a social-first Video Editor who can bring important stories to life across every social platform.
You must have proven healthcare, health-tech, wellness, or medical storytelling experience and know how to transform complex topics into engaging, audience-friendly content. From slicing interviews into polished clips to creating motion graphics that make content pop, you'll be the creative force helping important healthcare stories reach the people who need them most.
If your happy place is building content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, and whatever platform is about to have its moment, keep reading.
You'll be creating meaningful content for a respected healthcare organization where your work can genuinely make a difference. You'll get the credibility of a major anchor client, the creative freedom to experiment and shape content strategy, and the opportunity to build standout portfolio pieces that showcase both your storytelling and design skills.
If you're looking for a role where creativity, purpose, and impact intersect (and where your work can help important healthcare stories reach the right audiences), this one checks all of those boxes.
