Royal Caribbean is seeking a talented Video Editor for their Creative Services team in Miami. The role involves editing and producing video content for television, digital channels, and shipboard productions, working closely with Brand and Production teams from concept through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong storytelling and motion graphics skills, and a portfolio demonstrating editorial capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and video production.
• Proven experience as Video Editor/Shooter in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Visual Effects, Media Arts, or related field preferred.
• Experience shooting corporate events, interviews, and presentations.
• Experience preparing and optimizing video content for web and digital distribution.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for Marketing, Sales, Trade, Hotel Operations, and other internal teams across multiple channels.
• Shoot and support video productions for conferences, events, and executive interviews.
• Assist with internal executive shoots, including green screen productions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept and execute marketing videos.
• Edit and color-correct using Premiere Pro, adding motion graphics and After Effects animations.
• Encode master clips for various distribution formats.
• Manage video assets and render animation assets for projects.
• Stay updated on emerging video formats and distribution requirements.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and deadlines.
