Responsibilities:

1. Editing Final Footage: Select and edit raw video footage, including voiceovers, while collaborating with the production manager to achieve defined project goals.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, the production manager, and other team members to align video output with the intended vision, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
3. Share to Media Platforms: Upload videos to platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other media platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

• Showcase Work: Present 1-2 video projects as examples.
• Long videos and Shorts Experience: Proficient in editing both long videos (10-30min) and short clips using media editing tools.
• Video Editing Expertise: Skilled in cutting, trimming, and assembling raw footage into polished videos that meet project requirements.
• Storytelling Ability: Create compelling narratives by selecting the best shots and structuring videos for maximum impact and audience engagement.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced Visual Effects: Enhance videos with dynamic graphics, transitions, and animations for a professional finish.
• Color Correction: Skilled in adjusting colour and lighting to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal.

Expectations:

• Fun and creative to work with, while taking feedback professionally and constructively.
• Minimum of 3 months commitment.
• Commitment of 8-10 hours per week (availability Monday to Friday).

During the Interview:

• Be prepared to walk the production manager through your previous video projects.
• Explain your specific tasks for each project and how you approached and executed them.
