University Communications at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro seeks a Video Editor to edit, assemble, and deliver high‑quality video content that supports marketing, enrollment, and storytelling goals. You will work with the Image Services team to meet brand standards across digital and multimedia platforms.

The role focuses on post‑production, handling color grading, audio, and motion graphics, while collaborating on multiple concurrent projects in a university setting.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma and one year of broadcasting/EM environment experience; or equivalent training/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred as listed in qualifications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video workflows.
• Experience in higher education or marketing video production preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Edit, assemble, and deliver video productions across formats (brand/recruitment videos, profiles, event recaps, social content).
• Review raw footage, create rough cuts, and refine through client feedback to polished final edits.
• Apply color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to all deliverables for high quality output.
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and on‑screen text per university brand guidelines.
• Select licensed music/sound effects and voiceovers with proper licensing compliance.
• Export and deliver final assets for web, social, broadcast, and events.
