Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, contractor role. You will review AI-generated designs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate outputs to improve AI training.

Proficiency in UI/UX and visual design across Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools is required. You will evaluate typography, layout, motion, and overall user experience, delivering detailed observations and recommendations to optimize creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Verification of paid AI human-data work including labeling, annotation, RLHF, or model evaluation.
• Strong understanding of professional design workflows and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, Behance.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
