Role: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Doylestown, PA

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Ideally Hybrid or Remote (Must be located in the Northeast part of US and authorized to work in the US)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Video Editor & Designer for a client of ours. This is a crucial role primarily focused on video editing and requires a high level of proficiency in motion graphics and design.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Lead the editing and assembly of raw footage into final, polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Motion Graphics & Typography: Design, animate, and implement sophisticated motion graphics and kinetic typography to effectively communicate key information and enhance visual storytelling.
• Post-Production Management: Handle all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound design/mixing, and final delivery, ensuring all technical requirements for various platforms are met.
• Static Design Support: Provide support on static design projects, creating assets and graphics for social media, presentations, and digital platforms as needed.
• Collaboration: Partner with content creators, marketers, and design teams to conceptualize and execute video projects from initial storyboard to final cut.
• Asset Organization: Maintain and organize a library of video footage, graphics, and project files for efficient workflow and future use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a role heavily focused on video editing and motion graphics design.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Demonstrable expertise in creating compelling motion graphics, animated typography, and dynamic visual effects.
• Strong practical experience with Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and asset creation.
• Proficiency with Figma for collaboration, asset preparation, and contributing to static design workflows.
• Exceptional eye for detail, composition, visual pacing, and sound design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing and advanced motion graphics work is required.
