Job summary

HexCoded is an AI video studio creating content with speed and craft. We seek a prolific editor who can produce a relentless stream of Instagram and YouTube videos, from hooks to final edits, using a blend of AI tools and traditional software.

You will own projects from concept to publish, study top-performing content, and push for the highest quality on every piece. The role emphasizes workflow speed, ownership, and ability to adapt to trend-driven formats, with a portfolio proving your range

Qualifications

• A standout portfolio that proves your taste and range - your work speaks louder than any résumé
• Real editing craft in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI creative tools - you know the Indian and global model landscape and, more importantly, how they differ
• A sharp instinct for what performs on Instagram and YouTube - hooks, pacing, retention, and why things trend
• Speed, ownership and hunger. You would rather ship ten things this week than plan one for next month
• Bonus: you already run your own social account with real engagement, or you are comfortable on camera / directing talent

HexCoded is an AI video studio: you should be able to make anything you can imagine. We are a small, fast-moving team building the tools that are reshaping how video, image and audio get made. This role is for our own content - the work that goes out under our name, not client delivery. You will turn that capability into a relentless stream of video.

• Create at volume. Produce a steady, high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube - hooks, reels, shorts, edits and trend-led pieces
