Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Video Editor to lead the creation of video content across podcasts and social platforms.

You will own the full production process from ideation to publishing, focusing on long-form podcast editing and repurposing into engaging short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid campaigns. You will collaborate with our marketing team and in-house designer to drive engagement, grow our audience, and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on video production experience.
• Experience producing and editing long-form podcast content.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience retention.
• English proficiency at least B2 (written and spoken).
• Able to manage multiple projects autonomously in a collaborative environment.
• Creative initiative and ownership from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and convert to short-form clips.
• Lead end-to-end video production from planning to publishing.
• Create social-first content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid ads.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer and marketing team to align with brand.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Video Editor to lead the creation of high-performing video content across podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms. This role will own the full production process—from ideation to publishing, with a strong focus on producing long-form video podcasts and transforming them into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team and in-house graphic designer to create content that drives engagement, grows our audience, and strengthens our brand presence online.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and transform them into engaging short-form clips for social media.

• Lead end-to-end video production including planning, editing, post-production, and publishing.

• Create and optimize social-first video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads.

• Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to create compelling visual content aligned with the brand.

• Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, video styles, and content performance tactics to keep our content fresh and effective.

• Help guide video best practices, content structure, and editing styles that drive engagement and audience growth.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in video production, preferably in fast-paced content, media, or marketing environments.

• Strong experience producing and editing long-form podcast content and repurposing it into engaging short-form social content.

• Strong editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Sharp storytelling instincts with a strong understanding of pacing, emotional impact, and audience retention—especially for short-form content.

• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and move quickly in a collaborative environment.

• Strong creative initiative and ownership mindset from concept to final delivery.
