Niblock Studios is looking for a sharp, experienced Video Editor to join our growing creative team. We’re behind some of the most talked-about real estate media in the D.C. area — working exclusively with elite agents, landmark properties, and architectural icons.

This role is for someone who’s not just technically strong, but creatively driven. Someone who knows how to craft edits thatfeelelevated — with cinematic rhythm, clean pacing, and an obsession for detail. You’ll be working with a team that values good taste, attention to detail, and beautiful storytelling.

What You'll Do:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content focused on luxury real estate, architecture, and lifestyle
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and shooters to shape the story and bring our creative vision to life
• Apply light motion graphics, color grading, and sound work to deliver polished, premium outputs
• Take creative ownership of your work — and help evolve our style and systems as we grow

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced skillset in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (required)
• Experience with Motion VFX or After Effects (preferred)
• A clean eye for pacing, design, and natural visual rhythm
• Editing portfolio in any related fields to real estate, architectural, commercial, or cinematic content
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
