Job summary

Pinkal Panchal Therapy is seeking a creative Video Editor to shape stories across YouTube podcasts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form channels. You will edit long-form episodes with strong storytelling, and craft platform-native short edits.

Join a remote, full-time role collaborating with the creator and marketing team, using AI-assisted workflows to speed edits while maintaining high quality and distinctive voice.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional editing experience across podcasts, YouTube, Instagram Reels, or comparable short-form content.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. After Effects is a plus.
• Hands-on AI video editing experience with AI-assisted post-production workflows.
• Practical AI usage for generative video, captions, cleanup, and faster edits without quality loss.
• A portfolio of podcast, YouTube, and short-form work demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and platform awareness.
• Ability to adapt edits for different platforms and audiences, work independently, and own creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video podcast episodes for YouTube with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Create platform-native short-form edits, Reels, and Shorts from podcast episodes for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound design, and effects that fit the brand voice and visual style.
• Clean and balance podcast audio, including noise reduction, leveling, and EQ.
• Use AI-assisted editing workflows to speed up rough cuts, transcript-based editing, clip selection, captioning, cleanup, and enhancement while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Create or source suitable generative video and AI-assisted B-roll when it strengthens the story and aligns with the brief.
• Collaborate closely with the creator and digital marketing team, manage timelines, and deliver polished edits on deadline.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring stories to life across YouTube podcasts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video podcast episodes for YouTube with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Create platform-native short-form edits, Reels, and Shorts from podcast episodes for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound design, and effects that fit the brands voice and visual style.
• Clean and balance podcast audio, including noise reduction, leveling, and EQ.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2–3 years of professional editing experience across podcasts, YouTube, Instagram Reels, or comparable short-form content.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. After Effects is a plus.
• Hands-on AI video editing experience is required, including modern AI video and editing tools and AI-assisted post-production workflows.
• Practical experience using AI for generative video or B-roll, automated or assisted captions, audio and visual cleanup, enhancement, and faster editing workflows without sacrificing quality.
• A portfolio of podcast, YouTube, and short-form work that demonstrates storytelling, pacing, attention to detail, and platform awareness. Please share it with your CV.
