Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Portfolio showcasing recent editing work.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
• Follow brand guidelines while adding own creative ideas.
• Manage project files and asset libraries for efficient workflow.
• Deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.

NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join creative teams producing content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics
• Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads)
• Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas
• Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow
• Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style
• A portfolio showcasing recent editing work
• Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Nice to Have

• Experience editing performance ads or UGC-style content
