Responsibilities

• Edit luxury real estate property videos, social media reels, agent videos, event videos, interviews, and commercial content.
• Create clean, polished, and professional edits that match the 1 OAK Studios brand.
• Follow provided creative direction, shot lists, editing notes, and client requests.
• Select the best footage, music, pacing, transitions, and story flow for each project.
• Sync and edit interview audio when needed.
• Edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Perform basic color correction and color grading.
• Add text, graphics, logos, lower thirds, music, and sound design when required.
• Prepare videos in the correct format, resolution, and aspect ratio for delivery.
• Make revisions based on internal feedback and client notes.
• Organize project files properly and follow naming/file structure standards.
• Meet deadlines consistently, especially for fast-turnaround real estate projects.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and the production team.
• Maintain consistency across multiple projects and client styles.

Main Responsibilities

Edit luxury real estate property videos, social media reels, agent videos, event videos, interviews, and commercial content.

Create clean, polished, and professional edits that match the 1 OAK Studios brand.

Follow provided creative direction, shot lists, editing notes, and client requests.

Select the best footage, music, pacing, transitions, and story flow for each project.

Sync and edit interview audio when needed.

Edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
