Qualifications

  • Proven experience in professional video editing or content production.
  • Strong proficiency with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred.
  • Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, color, typography, and sound.
  • Ability to work with multiple formats, resolutions, and delivery specs.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital, social media, marketing, advertising, internal communications, and other business initiatives.
  • Review and organize raw footage, audio recordings, graphics, animations, and other media assets.
  • Develop video sequences that effectively communicate the intended message, brand identity, and creative direction.
  • Perform video editing, color correction, audio mixing, transitions, visual effects, and basic motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, communications, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables.
  • Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and concepts into engaging video content.
  • Select appropriate footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Create short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all video content maintains consistent branding, visual quality, tone, and messaging.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines and creative standards.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain video files, project assets, footage, templates, and digital media libraries.
  • Stay current with emerging video-editing techniques, visual trends, social-media formats, and creative technologies.
  • Support the development of creative concepts and contribute ideas for improving video content and audience engagement.
  • Ensure completed projects meet technical specifications for their intended platforms and distribution channels.

Job description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, high‑quality video content that supports the organization's brand, marketing, communications, and business objectives.

The Video Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and content teams to transform raw footage, graphics, audio, and other visual assets into compelling and polished video content. Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $60,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, technical expertise, location, and qualifications.

The compensation package may also include applicable performance incentives, benefits, and other company‑sponsored programs.
