Florida State University in Tallahassee is seeking a Video Coordinator for the Men's Basketball program. The role manages all video operations for practices, games, player development, and scouting, and coordinates filming, editing, coding, and distribution of video content.

Department of Athletics - Men's Basketball
Manage all video operations for the Men's Basketball program, including practices, games, individual workouts, player development, recruiting, and opponent film. Coordinate the filming, editing, coding, organization, storage, and distribution of video content. Utilize video analysis and basketball technology platforms, including Hudl Sportscode, Hudl, Synergy Sports, FastModel, and other applicable systems. Maintain an organized and accessible video library for coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
Develop comprehensive scouting reports and video presentations for upcoming opponents. Analyze opponent personnel, offensive and defensive concepts, play sets, tendencies, special situations, and statistical trends. Produce detailed scouting edits and presentation materials for coaching staff and student-athlete film sessions. Provide timely video and analytical information to assist the coaching staff in game planning and strategic decision-making.
Create individualized player development edits highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, habits, tendencies, and progress. Develop teaching films for individual players, position groups, and the team. Coordinate video presentation for coaching staff during Fall and Spring evaluation periods, including evaluation forms, staff comments, rankings, and supporting film. Help track and organize drill data, workout results, player development metrics, and corresponding video.
Utilize advanced analytics, statistical information, and video breakdown to evaluate team and individual performance. Identify trends and actionable insights through the integration of video and statistical data.
Bachelor's degree and four years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.
