Job summary

River Financial is seeking a Video Content Strategist to build our YouTube channel and video output. You will own what we make and how we package it: sourcing ideas, writing host-led scripts, and crafting titles and thumbnails that decide whether our work gets watched.

Your focus is on content that informs and builds trust in Bitcoin as a concept, not just product promotion. You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the Host-Producer and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing a video channel with ideas and packaging that moved views and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the video content pipeline from idea to publication.
• Craft compelling titles and thumbnails.
• Write scripts for host-led and animated videos.
• Develop hooks, intros, and structure to retain viewers.
• Ensure the story edit matches the script pacing.
• Drive YouTube metrics: views, retention, returning viewers.
• Build repeatable production systems for backlog, filtering, scripting and testing.
