Key Responsibilities

Lead content planning and oversee the full video production process from concept to delivery
Strategize, shoot, edit, and manage video content for YouTube and other digital platforms
Produce branded videos and diverse marketing content tailored to target audiences
Coordinate with external production vendors and freelancers to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain awareness of video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize impact

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in using professional-grade cameras, including DSLR and action cameras
Expert-level skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Demonstrated experience in planning, filming, and editing video content, with a strong focus on YouTube production
Portfolio submission required (must showcase original personal work)

Preferred Skills and Experiences

Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects
Background in producing content for professional services, B2B, or corporate branding
Strong understanding of SEO and metadata optimization for video content on YouTube and other platforms
