Job summary

ConsumerAffairs in Tulsa is seeking an energetic AI Native Video Content Lead to build and run our first in‑house video pod. You’ll lead a small team (host, writer, producer) and collaborate with editors to produce paid ads, organic social content, and lifecycle videos.

The role requires a few years of video leadership, a strong portfolio, and experience with paid social formats. You’ll own creative strategy, shoot/read scripts, and help scale the pod model across categories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating or leading social video for a brand, publisher, or agency.
• Portfolio of videos you’ve led, with performance numbers.
• Experience making paid social ad creative (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and testing variants.

Responsibilities

• Run the pod day to day: own the content calendar, set priorities, keep output moving.
• Own the video strategy for the category across paid, organic social and lifecycle.
• Build out each category’s full asset library: finished videos, b‑roll, GIFs and images.
• Produce and test paid ad creative with the paid media team and iterate based on results.
• Create video for lifecycle touchpoints (email, retargeting, onsite) with lifecycle team.
• Provide leadership to host/script writer and producer; review scripts and cuts.
