Human Agency is seeking a classically trained, story-driven video editor to own and elevate our content engine. You will craft podcasts from raw material, slice long-form interviews into tight episodes, and shape editorial narratives across formats— YouTube, podcasts, and social feeds—while collaborating with leadership in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.

You bring proven expertise in handling raw material, extracting impactful moments, and delivering publish-ready pieces on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Classically trained video editor with a professional body of work.
• Fluent in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience cutting podcasts and long-form interview content.
• Track record of extracting short-form social content that performs.
• Comfortable across formats (YouTube, podcast platforms, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Podcast Production: Edit and produce two-to-four podcast episodes monthly to publish-ready quality.
• Short-Form Social Content: Cut long-form material into compelling short-form pieces monthly.
• Documentary & Long-Form Projects: Take on occasional long-form production work from shoot support to final cut.
• Editorial Judgment: Identify moments that carry weight and build around them rhythmically.
• Content Distribution: Manage production for relevant platforms, optimizing reach and retention.
• Creative Contribution: Propose stronger angles, hooks, and production choices.
