Job summary

Venn is seeking a Video Content Creator to own video from concept to publication, turning security topics into content IT and Security leaders want to watch. You’ll plan, script, shoot, edit, and distribute videos across social channels, product demos, and customer stories as part of a small, fast-moving Marketing team.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure content supports pipeline and brand goals, manage freelancers, stay ahead of trends, and measure

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
• A portfolio showing range and impact beyond published work.
• Proficiency with editing and production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, Descript).

Responsibilities

• Own video content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and publishing.
• Produce short-form video for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Create product demos, walkthroughs, and explainer videos for launches and updates.
• Turn customer wins into polished video case studies and testimonials.
• Repurpose webinars and events into clips and assets to extend reach.
• Maintain a video content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Create video assets for sales enablement, paid campaigns, email, website, and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across video templates, captions, thumbnails, and visuals.
• Track video performance and use data to refine formats and topics.
