We're looking for someone who understands how ideas spread online and who can transform public policy into compelling videos that people actually watch, share, and remember. Candidates should have experience creating video content for political campaigns, advocacy organizations, think tanks, nonprofits, public affairs firms, news organizations, or mission-driven organizations where the goal was to persuade audiences or shape public debate.
The ideal candidate is equal parts content strategist, storyteller, scriptwriter, video producer, and advocacy communicator. They know how to grow audiences on YouTube, Instagram, and X; turn subject matter experts into compelling on-camera communicators; and create persuasive video content that influences public opinion and policymakers. Ideal candidates will have previous political campaign and/or storytelling experience.
