Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. This in-office role is based in Warminster, PA with a 12pm-8pm shift on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat, or a 12pm-8pm M-F, or 10am-6pm M-F schedule.

The position pays $16/hr for M-F schedules, with an extra $1.80/hr for Saturday-inclusive schedules ($17.80 total/hour).

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with empathy.
• Uphold professional manners at work.
• Must have strong telephone skills.
• Must maintain confidential information and follow procedures.
• Able to manage multiple tasks during a scheduled period.

Responsibilities

• Works within our i9Success product; completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Manages incoming emails, calls, and chats; investigates issues to determine proper resolution.
• Assists subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Keeps knowledge base updated with product knowledge and policies.
• Meets performance targets and contributes to team goals.
• Identifies when to escalate issues to appropriate internal staff.

Job Description

The I-9 Document Witness serves as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team.

This is an in-office position located in Warminster, PA. We are seeking the following shift: 12pm-8pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Saturday (Tues/Sun Off), 12pm-8pm (M-F) or 10am-6pm (M-F).

This position pays $16hr for M-F schedules. The rate of pay for those with a standard schedule that includes a Saturday is $16/hour plus $1.80/hour ($17.80 total/hour).

Responsibilities

• Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
• Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
• Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to elevate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.

Required Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
