Job summary

The Convergence Lens, LLC seeks a skilled video editor to bring our podcast and YouTube content to life. You will work with raw footage and audio to deliver polished media that meets our editorial standards across formats.

You will edit bi-monthly podcasts, craft YouTube videos from interviews and essays, and create intro/outro sequences with consistent audio branding. Capable editing for long‑form and short clips, plus captions for accessibility, is required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing video and/or audio editing work.
• Proficiency with editing software listed above.
• Understanding of podcast production workflow.
• Ability to edit for long-form, shorts and audiograms.
• Ear for pacing and narrative flow.
• Basic color correction and audio mixing skills.
