Job summary

HeyGen is seeking an experienced engineer to advance the Video Agent, boosting its ability to fulfill user prompts with high-quality, reliable results. You will directly work with in-house models, researchers, and product teams to ship impactful features.

You will own end-to-end improvements from ideation to launch, building tools, prompts, and the underlying code paths that coordinate model calls, data flows, and rendering outputs.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped an AI agent used by real users; describes what broke in production and how fixed it.
• Built evals or test sets to measure model behavior and improvements.
• 2+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent: design tools, prompts, and context; improve planning and error recovery.
• Measure quality with evals and offline replays; run experiments with feature flags; review agent traces.
