Job summary

The Texan Stores in Victoria, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and lead a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.

As ASM you will train and coach employees, schedule shifts, monitor store performance, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work morning/evening/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store employees to meet performance expectations.
• Train team members and develop for advancement.
• Schedule staffing to meet budget and labor projections and to cover shifts.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and prevent losses.
