Job summary

Qualifications

• This position does not allow substituting education for experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates programs, policy, and training to build and sustain DOI victim services capacity.
• Represents the Department at government working groups and meetings with other agencies.
• Identifies assets from other federal agencies to support DOI bureaus in victim services.
• Coordinates DOI and Bureau efforts with federal, state, tribal or local law enforcement partners to expand capacity for crime victims.
• Serves as an expert resource for DOI law enforcement on victim services referrals.
• Analyzes programs and audiences to promote trauma-informed, victim-centered practices.
